About this conversation

Why we held this one

Knowing what matters is only the beginning. Many of us have goals, dreams, and good intentions, but struggle to turn them into consistent action. We start strong, lose momentum, and find ourselves starting over. That is why this month, we are talking about discipline, not as punishment or rigid routines, but as the ability to keep moving toward what matters, even when motivation fades. As a community committed to becoming all God intended us to become, we need more than inspiration. We need habits, decisions, and systems that help us grow consistently. This is a practical conversation about moving from good intentions to consistent action and building a life that can sustain what God has placed in us.

Who led this conversation

Peter Samson

Peter Samson

Software Developer

Peter Samson is a software developer with fintech experience, a lover of God, a husband, and a father. He’s a teacher of God’s word, and he’s passionate about growth, providing solutions, and revealing Jesus.

This conversation needs more than theory. We invited our facilitator to bring practical experience, honest lessons, and a grounded perspective on what it takes to build discipline and remain consistent when motivation fades. We want participants to learn from someone who can connect the principles of discipline and systems to real life, faith, work, personal growth, and the everyday choices that shape who we become.
